Guidelines for Tours

We look forward to welcoming you on our post-conference tours. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please take note of the following important guidelines and terms.

Wine Tasting on Group Tours
When joining a group wine tour, please note that the knowledgeable guide will select the wine tastings on behalf of the group.  Some wineries have restrictions on varied tastings for large groups, and therefore individual selections may not always be possible.

Why tastings are curated by the guide:

  • Ensures a seamless and efficient tasting experience for all group members
  • Allows the guide to showcase a carefully selected range of wines that best represent each winery
  • Helps manage time effectively during the tour schedule

Children on Tours
We welcome children of all ages on our wine tours. However, please note that many wineries & restaurants are adult-oriented environments.  We kindly request that children:

  • Remain supervised at all times
  • Do not cause disturbances that may disrupt the experience of other guests

Please advise the conference secretariat in advance if you will be travelling with children.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Dietary Requirements
We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements for all included lunches and dinners.

Please ensure that all dietary requirements or allergies are communicated in advance to the conference secretariat so that arrangements can be made with venues where possible.
