* If Purchase Order from academic institutions or organizations are received by this date, the Early Registration Fee will be honoured until payment can be made.
All persons attending the conference must complete an online registration form.
Registration Payments
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by the early registration closing date.

- Invoice (EFT), VISA, MasterCard (via Payfast)
- All fees will be processed in ZAR.
NB: payment not received by the advertised due date will automatically be carried over to the next payment category unless prior arrangement has been made with the organisers.
Valid Student number and Proof of registration for 2025/2026 is required.

*Student – To be able to register as students/postdocs, delegates must upload proof of full-time enrolment at a recognized university or college at both the time of registration and during the conference. A copy of your student identification card (PDF or jpeg) must be uploaded onto the registration system.
**Accompanying persons receive access to all conferene refreshments and lunches, but cannot attend the programme sessions.
