ICPOW 2022 – Registration

All registrations received for the 2020 congress, which have been paid up by 30 June 2020, will automatically be transferred to the 2022 congress.

REGISTRATION FEES (ZAR)

NB: payment not received by the advertised due date will automatically be carried over to the next payment category.
*Valid Student number and Proof of registration for 2022 is required.
**Catered braai, for either Monday or Tuesday evening is not included in the registration fee for “Accompanying persons” and are optional.
#Social function on day of attendance is included in the day-registration fee.

Registration for full congress includes:

  • USB containing congress abstract book
  • Congress bag
  • Morning break refreshments (3)
  • Lunches (3)
  • Welcome reception (canapés) on Sunday evening
  • Catered Boma-braai on Monday evening – non-students only
  • Catered Boma-braai on Tuesday evening – students only, including post-docs
  • Gala dinner on Wednesday evening.

Registration for full congress accompanying person includes:

  • Morning break refreshments (3)
  • Lunches (3)
  • Welcome reception (canapés) on Sunday evening
  • Catered Boma-braai not included and should be booked seperately
  • Gala dinner on Wednesday evening.

Registration for post-conference workshop includes:

  • Light refreshments
