The ESSA2021 Congress will be a hybrid event, comprising of both an in-person and a virtual congress.

The ESSA2021 Congress’ new flexible hybrid format will enable us to safeguard our members well-being and facilitate your participation wherever you are based, while at the same time providing access to valuable online discussions within our society.

Presenters of all accepted oral or poster presentations will be invited to present in person at the congress venue in Limpopo.  Presenters unable to attend, are invited to attend online via live or pre-recorded presentations, streamed both live and online. Virtual presenters are required to attend their session for live Q&A at the end of the session.

IMPORTANT:
To facilitate administration and to finalize the programme, all presenting authors of accepted abstracts (in person or virtual) are requested to register and pay under the appropriate category (if not done so already) by no later than 27 April 2021 and make the registration fee payment by no later than Friday 07  May 2021 (to qualify for the early rates).  If not already registered, please register for the Congress online.

As part of the ESSA 2021 Congress, sessions will be photographed and/or recorded and made available to participants, members and other industry professionals in various formats (including, but not limited to, audio, video, live streaming, archived sessions, etc.).
