Corné Engelbrecht, Managing Director
With more than 28 years in the industry, Corné possesses a wealth of experience in symposium and event management and has forged a dynamic career marked by successful planning and execution of a myriad of impactful gatherings. Her expertise encompasses the end-to-end process of event coordination, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation. She has demonstrated proficiency in budget management, venue sourcing, speaker coordination, and comprehensive client interaction, ensuring seamless experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
With a keen eye for detail, she has orchestrated diverse events, ranging from corporate symposiums to promotional functions, consistently delivering exceptional results. Her responsibilities have extended to liaising with sponsors and suppliers, conducting in-depth post-event evaluations to extract valuable insights, and illustrating a tangible Return on Investment (ROI) for future planning.
In addition to event management, her skills include strategic communications, marketing, and branding. Melanie Pretorius, Event Manager
Melanie is a Hospitality Management graduate from the Capital Hotel School and Training Academy.
She possesses over 20 years’ experience and thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Melanie was one of the National finalists in the Standard Bank Rising Star awards for Service excellence in public and private institutions nationally. Melanie’s heart is in logistics and people, making her the best person for all logistics and customer care, service and communications.
Nthabiseng Letsoalo, Registration & Events Coordinator
Nthabiseng has been working as an event-coordinator, administration, registration and staffing officer for more than 11 years. She joined our team in 2022 as Office Manager and Event Assistant, responsible for CPD accreditation, client liaison and enquiries, registration management, travel and accommodation management, office administration and event assistance.
