PRACTICE & GROUP REGISTRATIONS
Discounts will apply for group bookings of 5 or more vets/attendees from the same practice.
Should you wish to have different members attend different days, special rates will also apply depending on the requirements.

*You must be a SAVA member in good standing at the time of registration in order to benefit from this rate. Proof of membership may be asked for.

** Proof of Student is mandatory – In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be emailed to [email protected] once registration has been completed.

  • Congress publications (print and pdf)
  • Attendance to the Happy Hour (24 October)
  • Attendance to Welcome Reception (25 October)
  • All refreshments, Lunches and Coffee breaks
  • Delegate congress bag and goodie hamper
  • EXCLUDES: Gala Dinner Ticket, tickets available at R500pp for a 3-course served dinner and loads of entertainment!

Fees for all Day-only Participants include:

  • Entrance to all the Congress sessions and Exhibition for the day of attendance
  • Congress publications (print and pdf)
  • Attendance to social function on the day of attendance (excluding Gala Dinner)
  • All refreshments, Lunches and Coffee breaks for the day of attendance
  • Delegate congress bag and goodie hamper
  • EXCLUDES: Gala Dinner Ticket, tickets available at R500pp for a 3-course served dinner and loads of entertainment!

Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees in can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:

By Credit/ Debit Card: Visa or MasterCard 

By EFT (available until October 17, 2022):

  • Please ensure that the name of the congress participant is stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Bank Details: 

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellations received until and including April 30, 2022– full refund.
  • Cancellations received between May 1, 2022, until October 01, 2022 – 50% will be refunded.
  • As of October 2, 2022– no refund will be made and you will be liable for full registration fees.
