WAHVM 2020

We strongly advise all participants travelling to South Africa to check the relevant visa requirements and to apply for their visa at least 2 months in advance of the congress.

It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa and the congress secretariat is unable to intervene in the process.

Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved at The Farm Inn Hotel and Conference Centre.  Room rates from R650 per person per night, and R575 per person per night sharing (bed & Breakfast) has been negotiated for all participants of the congress.  Please quote reference WAHVM when making your accommodation booking.

Bookings
Accommodation bookings can be made through the congress secretariat, by downloading the Accommodation Booking Form, and sending the completed form back to Corné at [email protected]

Please note: 

• All accommodation bookings will require payment within 7 days of reservation booking.
• Accommodation payments can be made via PayFast (online) but is subject to a 4.5% processing fee.
• Electronic transfers are free of charge and no processing fee will be added.
• Once we receive the booking form, an invoice and PayFast link will be sent to you for payment processing.
