Fees listed include 15% VAT and apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines. 
Payments not recorded at time of deadline will automatically be carried over to the next registration category.

*Proof of Student registration is mandatory – In order to benefit from the student fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be emailed to [email protected] once registration has been completed.

Fees for all Full Participants include:

  • Entrance to all the Congress sessions and Exhibition 
  • Congress publications (print and pdf)
  • Attendance to Welcome Reception (24 August)
  • Attendance to the Gala Dinner (RSVP essential) (25 August)
  • All refreshments, Lunches and Coffee breaks
  • Delegate congress bag and goodie hamper

Fees for all Day-only Participants include:

  • Entrance to all the Congress sessions and Exhibition for the day of attendance
  • Congress publications (print and pdf)
  • Attendance to social function on the day of attendance (excluding Gala Dinner)
  • All refreshments, Lunches and Coffee breaks for the day of attendance
  • Delegate congress bag and goodie hamper
  • EXCLUDES: Gala Dinner Ticket

Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees in can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:

By Credit/ Debit Card: Visa or MasterCard 

By EFT (available until August 12, 2022):

  • Please ensure that the name of the congress participant is stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Bank Details: 

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellations received until and including May 31, 2022– full refund.
  • Cancellations received between June 1, 2022, until July 30, 2022 – 50% will be refunded.
  • As of August 1, 2022– no refund will be made and you will be liable for full registration fees.
